Monthly Leadership Meetings

Curriculums will be specifically tailored to your organization and can be hosted for your organization’s monthly meetings.  Depending on your needs, a typical day might include:

  • Keynote presentations to any group in your organization from administrators, to directors-of-nursing, and various combinations of department directors or frontline contributors.
  • Smaller “master mind” groups of high-potential but low-achieving employees.  These groups would meet monthly.  A year-long curriculum would be developed and homework required by participants between each monthly meeting.
  • One-on-one coaching for leaders or individual contributors.
